Money-saving tips
- • Summer: Set AC to 26°C (saves 30% vs 22°C)
- • Winter: Ondol at 22–24°C. Use timer, don't run 24/7
- • Electric: Progressive pricing — the more you use, the more expensive per kWh
- • 관리비: Includes elevator, security, common area. Can't reduce this.
