How often should I get my AC professionally cleaned?
Once every 1–2 years for home use. If you notice musty smells or visible mold, clean it sooner.
What's the difference between filter cleaning and full cleaning?
Filter cleaning is DIY (wash every 2 weeks). Full cleaning involves disassembling the unit, high-pressure washing, and sanitizing.
When is the best time to book?
March–April or September–October. Off-season = 10–20% discounts and faster scheduling.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Yes. The process takes 40–90 minutes per unit. The technician needs water and electricity access.
How much does it cost?

Can I get my rental apartment AC cleaned?
